Learning Objectives
Participants will be able to:
- Identify at least five anatomical structures associated with the anxiety disorders and sleep medicine.
- Describe at least four physiological functions of the anxiety disorders and sleep medicine.
- Explain at least three pathophysiological mechanisms affecting the anxiety disorders and sleep medicine.
- Recognize at least five clinical symptoms associated with disorders of the anxiety disorders and sleep medicine.
- Differentiate between normal and abnormal findings in at least three diagnostic indicators related to the anxiety disorders and sleep medicine.
- Interpret at least four laboratory markers relevant to the anxiety disorders and sleep medicine.
- Identify at least three diagnostic procedures used to evaluate the anxiety disorders and sleep medicine.
- Describe mechanisms of action of at least three medications affecting the anxiety disorders and sleep medicine.
