The public version of the May 2008 issue of TIP [1] includes reviews of sessions and the abstract of the first place student poster contest winner, Counselor Self-Disclosure of Religious Similarity and Perception of Empathy: An Analogue Study by Scott P. Young, MS, and Norman A. Scott, PhD.
In other news, Dana Figlock [2] has been appointed as the APAGS representative to the IPA Executive Council.
Each year, IPA sponsors a poster session for students at the Spring Conference. We are pleased to have had many contributors to the Spring 2009 Poster Sessions. Students were entered in a poster competition and awarded small monetary prizes. Thank you to all our presenting students and their mentors and congratulations to the contest winners.
